Products

We produce and sell collector items for adult persons. If you want to use them please consult the physician and stay under his/her supervision during using our products. AGM and or its employees are not liable in any way for health or body damage. Use our products at your own risk. The regulations of the PLA remain unaffected.

Sale

Placing an order at the RigidChastity store is not binding in any way to our company. Your order is considered as a proposal of making the device according to the measurements you provided. When your order is accepted and put into the manufacturing queue, your proposal is accepted and the contract of making the device is formed. Please check out carefully the measurements you provide. Please notice that the device will be hand crafted at your order and no returns will be possible. All sales are final. 

Order cancellation

All orders are custom jobs. Every item is manufactured according to the measurements delivered by a customer. Due to this there is no option to cancel the order when it is accepted by Rigidchastity store. No refunds will be given for any reason. If the RigidChastity store will be unable to deliver ordered goods, it is entiled to cancel the order. In this case full refund will be issued. 

Manufacturing time

Your ordered goods will be put into our manufacturing queue. Usually manufaturing takes approximately 24-28 weeks, but it may change due to number of orders or other factors. 

Modifications

All the items are custom made and there is no the same devices in the world. Any modification or ordering the new parts for the devices will require to sending us the whole device. Please use the shipping method that allows tracking the parcel (registered letter/small packet). Please dont declare value nor insure the parcel for the value over 99USD. If you do so, parcel will have to pass the duty procedure what will generate the additional cost 150-200 USD, for the parcels that come from . 

Governing law and jurisdiction

All disputes arising from a contract of sale are subject to the laws of Republic of Poland.
